We conduct interactive evidence-based training on diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. These trainings are evidence-based, and can cover topics ranging from implicit bias, power and privilege, multicultralism, cultural psychology, having difficult conversations, and measuring change.

Having a scientifically rigorous evaluation of any training program is critical to its success. We offer evaluation and assessment using the most current research design and statistical techniques.

We utilize the findings from our program evaluation to consult with organizations to increase innovation, capacity, inclusion, equity, and results. We tailor our consulting and coaching practices to meet organizations where they are at and aid them in achieving their goals.
